Recipe: Grilled Mahi Mahi

Eating fish is a powerful way to nourish your body! Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein, and essential vitamins, fish supports heart health, brain function, and overall well-being.

Ingredients:

- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp paprika

- salt and pepper to taste

- lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

- Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.

- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
